Shipping Policy


Thank you for supporting The Pipe Co. Each order means the world to us, and we do our best to get your gear out as quickly as possible.


Processing & Shipping Time


All orders are packed, and shipped in the order they’re received. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Methods


All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier, depending on location and package type. Standard shipping is used unless otherwise selected at checkout.


Tracking & Delivery


Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


If your package says “delivered” but you can’t find it:

Check with neighbors or building staff

Wait 1–2 business days (carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early)

If it’s still missing, email us at support@thepipe.store

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your info before placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages


If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to help file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement if possible.

Once a package is marked as “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
